Chase Electric is a licensed electrical contracting firm serving commercial, industrial, and residential clients throughout Dayton and the Southwest Ohio region. Chase Electric has been serving the Dayton & Brookville area since 1994, and our team has over 40 years of combined experience.
Our services include service changes and upgrades, remodeling projects, new construction, installation and repair of landscape lighting, data and telecom cabling, network connectivity, pole lighting, commercial signage, industrial motor controls, machinery hook-ups, and much more. We are also experienced with the rewiring of pools and spas. And we are an authorized installer of Generac standby generator systems.
We have a unique inventory of specialized tools and equipment, including two specially-licensed bucket trucks. We are available for emergency service calls 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, including holidays. MEET OUR TEAM
DENNIS
Dennis has worked in the electrical trade since 1990 and brings decades of hands-on industry experience to every job. Dennis is a journeyman electrician who has completed all four years of electrical training from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) post-graduate program and is licensed to inspect commercial fire alarm systems. Dennis enjoys hunting and lives in Brookville with his lovely wife, two children, and their dog.
JIM
Jim is a big part of the positive energy that drives all of us at Chase Electric. Jim is the co-owner of our operation, and he co-founded the company, along with his wife Rene, in 1994. Jim is a licensed electrician in the State of Ohio and has a four-year electrical degree from the Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) post-graduate program. Jim lives in Brookville with his wife Rene, their two sons, and two dogs.
RENE'
Rene has co-owned Chase Electric along with her husband Jim, since the company was formed in 1994. Rene keeps the wheels greased around here behind the scenes by managing back-office functions like purchasing, payables, receivables, payroll, and all of those other details that are necessary to keep a business running smoothly. You probably won't meet Rene on a job visit, but as the owner, she says, "The buck stops here" - and she takes that very seriously. Rene lives in Brookville with her husband Jim, their two sons, and two dogs.
PAT
Patrick has lived in Brookville his whole life and currently lives with his Dad and 5 younger siblings. His hobbies include working with his dad in their professional wood working shop and landscaping, pretty much anything outdoors related he enjoys. He plans on staying with the company for years to come and become a licensed Electrician so he can fill an even bigger role at this company.
